A warm welcome by the hosts into a charming super clean well appointed cottage. A haven for nature lovers. And added bonus an evening sunset/ moon rise stroll to a local gathering spot for tasty fare kicking back with the locals

Clean. Decent breakfast.

It is a basic motel about 8 miles from Mariposa which would be just fine but it costs double what it should. 1 restaurant at a nearby gas station with 3 main course specials and burgers/sandwiches. Gravel driveway so suitcase on wheels is to be carried.

very clean, quiet, very well decorated

The only downside was we had trouble operating the heater. Afterwards the proprietor said the directions were on a sheet of paper.

We loved the overall vibe of the property. We really appreciated that little valley inn is 420 inclusive. Most places we’ve booked at reverently haven’t had the best showers - not here! It was so nice to have a good shower after a long day of hiking. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re visiting Yosemite.

Beds and pillows were slightly uncomfortable.
