Elysian Luxury Hotel and Spa

Everything was fine, bedroom comfortable,

Didn’t feel like a 5* it felt tired Everything in the spa had to be paid extra, making it useless if you’d already splurged on the hotel itself!

As soon as we walked in we felt the ambiance of a relaxing spa. Fabulous!

Excellent accommodations, and close to the ocean. little bit nestled in but seemed like a nice pocket of luxury

Little hard to navigate to. Bit of a walk to get to the room.

Hotel is well located from a vehicle driving perspective. Lots of on site free parking.

Air conditioning did not function in original room assigned upon check in despite assurances provided by reception and valet staff. A room change was required after traveller insistence. Clean coffee cups and drinking water were not provided by housekeeping staff and were only replenished after calls to reception. There was no room hot water on day 3 (final day) of the stay, which was reported to reception but unresolved.
