Apart Hotel GOLDEN apartments

Staff was very friendly, spoke good English. Good location: 10 minutes walk to train station, also easy to get to from airport with bus. Inside hotel was very nice. Small kitchenette. Smart TV with hundreds of channels to watch.

No breakfast. 3 floors with only stairs, no lifts.

Very friendly staff. Always willing to help.

I stayed at this hotel for the third time because I think it's great you can get for the price. The location is superb, close to the train station and a shopping centre. The receptionist was really kind and gave me all necessary information. The hotel looks nice inside, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It had everything I needed.

The mattress was soft.

Staff was superb and met all of my needs. MY GPS was not working properly and staff guided me to find the hotel. Also, the breakfast was great!

Room was a bit small.

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful and gives detailed information; the location is perfect: despite being right next to the main train and bus stations, the place is very quiet and cozy; the room had everything I could imagine needing; it was very clean.

I have nothing to criticise.
