Location was superb

The service that being provide to the guest. I being scam during the process of check in. Long story but to make it short. They did not honest. I bring my customers from Singapore n they were dissatisfied with the service given. Nobody help us on our luggage. 4 of us are ladies aged 55 above

Location was great once you found it.

No HOT water. I had one shower with hot water on last day. Cold water showers don’t make it.

The location is super, just a short walk to the silk market and the train station. Mehmet was wonderful. He went to the trouble to write out detailed directions for me to get to Istanbul both in English and Turkish so I could show people if I needed help along the way. He even gave me his phone number so I could call if I needed help. I was so grateful and it made the trip very easy.

This is a very basic hotel. You are not getting anything deluxe here, but if you are just interested in a place to stay, it is adequate.

Terrible place,owner has totally left it to die,

We liked that it was close to most Cultural places such as the Grand Mosque and the Grand Bazaar. We could explore the city of Bursa on foot which was a great way to see the city whilst getting a lovely workout.

The breakfast, while adequate did not hve much variety, it was the same Buffet meal every morning. No warm sausages, no omelets or scrambled eggs. We stayed for 10 days and on the last three days, the Buffet breakfast was replaced by a single plate with a serving of cucumber, tomato, feta cheese and some really hard stale bread. The entire place smelt constantly of Refinery oil and really heavy cigarette smoking which my companion and I complained about constantly, and hence we did not enjoy our sleeping quarters where the shower heads were nearly falling off and a faucet had come loose in my hands. The warm water is also very sparse and at some point I was forced to boil a kettle in order to get a decent warm wash, as my stay had been towards the end of winter from 3rd March 2023 until 15 March 2023. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. It's a waste of time and money. Also, Toilet paper was never replenished and we had to resort to buying our own toilet paper. Oh and the zircon never worked properly.

The staff, so welcoming and kind . Specially the workers from Irán . And the location excellent... in the heart of the city .... walk everywhere of interest

The location is strategic. Koza Han and Ulu Cami are just in walking distance. Staff were really helpful and attentive helping me finding taxi to feribot.

The hotel is quite old but it doesn't bother me at all. I came here just for a comfortable sleep.
