Appartamento spazioso e confortevole

Troppo esposto ai rumori esterni e assolutamente insufficiente nella dotazione. Pentolame vecchio e scarso. Assenza di bollitore e tostapane.

Good location. Spatious

The kitchen was very badly equipped. Barely any dish washer. No dish washer tabs. The pans were few and absolutely old and damaged, also all the teflon was coming out.

L’unica cosa bella della casa è la posizione.

Una casa senza condizionatore, due ventilatori rotti e uno in funzione che non faceva aria. Doccia che perdeva acqua mentre mi facevo la doccia. Ho preso questa casa per 13 notte visto che era il mio compleanno volevo stare a Udine e poi girare un dintorni. C’è una signora Brasiliana che ci consegna le chiavi ed responsabile per qualcosa altro uno abbia bisogno. Non parla bene l’Italiano e usa anche questo come scusa per dirci che non aveva capito ciò che le vieni richiesto. Insomma sono andata via in meno di 24 ore. E ho perso tutti i soldi che avevo pagato per le 13 notti. Casa da evitare. Poche asciugamani mani per una persona che dovrebbe stare lì 13 notte. Poi il resto tutto scarso: Igiene e i mobile. Non hanno voluto offrirmi nessuna soluzione, ho parlato anche con Booking che hanno provato a fare qualcosa e NIENTE. Tutto qui. Fa schifo

The apartment is very conveniently located about 7 minutes on foot from the old town centre and there is also a nearby bus stop to get you to the station very easily. The flat is spacious and perfectly clean, I especially liked the shower, which had a strong water flow. The price was reasonable.

The apartment is on a main road, and thus is very noisy, as the cars drive there all night long. I understand why the owner would not live there. The restaurant just below the windows does not help the situation, although at least it is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. It would not be as bad, if there were air condition in the apartment and the windows could be kept closed during the night. The ventilator provides only little help in the summer heat. There is a big kitchenette, but apart from the dishes and cutlery it is not equipped at all. The wifi did not work.

The apartment was spacious and the kitchen well-equipped. It was bright and comfortable. A 5 minute walk to the city and a 3 minute walk to a supermarket and laundromat. Safe location. I would certainly stay here again.

Unfortunately there was no air conditioning, and only one fan out of two that worked. First floor apartment, therefore a bit noisy with the windows open, but not a big deal. Overall, it was a very good.
