Great beachside hotel! The self check-in and check-out were super easy, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location right by the sea is perfect.

It was clean, quiet and located right on songdo beach

The lifts took so long to come I was on the 19th floor my son was on the 6th it was literally a pain for my son to come up to the 19th floor so we met in the lobby daily. Tried to use the bar facility but was told it was closed. One evening Check out time 11am horrendous getting a lift due to the amount of people checking out at this same time. I asked when booking if I could have an early check in as I was travelling from the uk and my flight arrived at 10:50am I was told NO even though I explained I was coming from the uk.

모바일프런트 사용이 복잡하고 어려워서 부킹닷컴 메신저 이용함

해변과 가까워서 좋은거 말고는 없음.

주차이용불편하고 무인텔이라는 것과 화장실 비데가 없다는것. 요즘 호텔은 거의 대부분 비데임.

Very clean property, facing the beach . Could add a little human touch but it’s okay

Nothing much maybe the breakfast needs more variety otherwise it’s all good
