Struttura bellissima nella sua interezza.

Suddivisa in 4 appartamenti, non presenta aree comuni, ma si devono creare.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et notamment l’accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse de Rosa et de son mari, le calme et le grand espace autour de la maison, la propreté des lieux, sans oublier bien sûr la belle piscine, où nous étions toujours seuls, ce qui était très appréciable. Nous avons aussi bien profité de la plage de Mazzaforno, toute proche et absolument magnifique, ainsi que du centre de Cefalu, à 10/15 min en voiture.

Seul petit bémol : une voiture est nécessaire pour se rendre à la plage et dans le centre de Cefalu.

very nice pool, which we had almost always for ourselves, despite the high season. Very pleasant garden area (compensate for the very small flat and not possible to eat on balcony) Location close to Cefalu, but not too close either very nice hosts - always ready to answer questions and help

Flat was small for 5 people. Not possible to eat on balcony (Ok in the garden, but you have to take all the meals down the stairs) Video cameras on all shared areas, following all your moves - feeling watched just as in Big Brother

It is far from the street -quiet, has a lovely garden, swimming pool, comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, well-equipped kitchen, coffee machine, etc.

The swimming pool could be cleaner; there was dust and bugs. Air-condition - they do have it, but this is not doing what it should. It is somehow a central system with blowing units in the room, but even when I set it for 21 C, the temperature I got was 26 C, which is inefficient. No breakfast,

The property was clean, comfortable and of a very high standard. It had everything we needed for self catering. The pool area and surrounding gardens were lovely and well maintained. A good base with lots of beautiful places to visit but a car is a definite requirement even to get to a supermarket. Rosa Maria and her husband (our hosts) were amazing. They made us feel very welcome and were always about to assist us and recommend places to go to.
