Driftwood on the Beach

The location was excellent to be this close to the beautiful beach of Yeppoon was great. The great bbq area with a pool and seating area,a five minute drive if that to the shops of Yeppoon. Huge tv great little kitchen. Well maintained areas outside with parking on premises

Great value and perfect location. Wonderful family holiday on a budget.

Love the location right next to beach. Roomy suite and bed was super comfy. Aircon/heating great and kitchen has everything we needed. Appreciated the complimentary toilet roll however had it been more than 1 ply, we may not have needed the second roll.

Situated right next to stairwell where people going up and down at all hours set the security light off- shining straight into our room.

I arrived late to find a half empty energy drink on the table. the room hadn’t been cleaned, there were greasy marks over surfaces and the dust in the bedroom was thick and I was sceptical about the beds being clean. I phoned the next morning to let the property manager know and they organised a cleaner to go around. The cleaner put fresh sheets on which then made It very clear the sheets I had slept in the night before were dirty 🤢 the cleaner had wiped some surfaces but not the bedside table or lamp in the bedroom which was still covered in dust. I stayed in unit 10 which was managed by Harcourts Yeppoon. I asked for a full refund for the first night I was there as I had slept in dirty sheets and the rest of the room wasn’t clean. I dealt with Sara who was really unhelpful and took a long time responding to me. I finally got a refund (3 weeks later) but only a portion to cover the cleaning fee. Really disappointed with the service. We visit Yeppoon regularly but won’t be staying here again. It’s a great location but the apartment I was in was very outdated and hard to relax in due to the cleanliness.

Loved view from unit 10 .. the outdoor seating was great on the balcony. Unit was clean and contained everything we needed. Bed comfortable and area quiet. Enjoyed morning walk onto the beach access at rear of property, then to cafe nearby. Also used the swimming pool and would have loved to use the seating closer to the beach for a picnic or BBQ if we had the time. Good parking area

Right on the beach, clean, easy access for after hours check in. No issues at all really.

Not the most comfortable bed, but that’s all I can really fault.

Apartment was lovely

The family about us were extremely noisy and kept us awake. Then they woke up early and made a lot of noise again
