"Odpudivé"

Velice špatné dorozumívání s paní recepční, neovládá češtinu ani angličtinu. Hned po příchodu byla cítit plíseň a na pokojích cigaretový kouř. Paní nám nabídla náhradní pokoj a bylo to stejné.
