Our stay here was fabulous! Everything was beyond perfect!

We arrived having to change clothes quickly for a wedding at a nearby winery. The initial indication is we would need to wait for a cart to come back to take us to our room. When we said we would walk, they found someone to take us quickly. We returned from the wedding at 1 a.m. and the next morning my wife had a migrane. At 9:30 the doorbell rang with a maid asking if we needed water for the coffee machine? Why not put there the night before? Then at 10:00 I went out on the patio to enjoy the view, a coffee an not wake my wife. Immediately in the adjoining patio maintenance had a blower going full blast... finally I got up to go inside and my wife was at the door begging them to stop the blowers at the front door. After this type of morning we asked for a late check out..... they said definitely not as they were fully booked. So we rushed to shower, pack and leave the $500 per night villa, more irritated than anything. My wife spoke to the manager, who said no credit could be given because we had prepaid through Expedia. (Not the first time I have had this issue). The manager offered some credit if we came back (6 hour drive) and to buy us lunch (had just eaten with friends). Probably could have been a good experience with more time, but really awful to have blowers outside $500 per night rooms and ringing doorbells early morning before check-out. Strange.

I have heard great things about this place and overall their were many positives - the service was good. I ordered room service a few times and the person who took my order was not very helpful. The food was good but pricey for what you get. The rooms are spacious - however the kitchen area needed to be updated and cleaned. The fridge was dripping water and the coffee area was a bit dingy. The bathroom needs to be updated - the shower handle fell off and it was quite dated. The phones were very old and the plugs were not current for technology purposes. The bed was very comfy and the pool area was nice - I was surprised that their was not a hot tub.

An absolute gem tucked away in San Martin. I will return again.

First off, the staff is amazing. Everyone we encountered was professional and quick to help. Outstanding team! Unfortunately I can't say the same about the unit. Slightly dated with 4x4 almond tile in the bathroom. We checked in and spent two hours dealing with phones not working, TV's not working. They finally moved us to a different unit. Also kept having to deal with spiders and flies in the units. Dirty hand prints behind the bathroom door, obviously overlooked by housekeeping. We had a large dog show up in our units backyard that would not leave. Food was excellent and I can not say enough about the quality of the staff!

Excellent , peaceful and very comfortable

Great experience! All staff was friendly, ready to help. We are at Il Vigneto and had a wondeful dinner. Nothing to complain about at all. Great 'Staycation' for a local, or week away for those coming form out of town.

Excellent in every way! I especially want to commend the waiter Alex in the morning. Fantastic service with an excellent attitude.

Certainly lives up to it’s reputation and is a Beautiful piece of property.

Cordervalle is always such a pleasurable experience!
