"Het geheel van het verblijf zonder sfeer"

We hadden bij de reservering aangegeven dat we een kamer met douche wilde, maar niet een douche in het bad. Bij aankomst hadden toch een kamer met de douche in het bad. Na reclamatie kregen we toch een gewenst kamer. Het restaurant was gesloten, maar een bestelling kon gebracht worden in de aankomsthal waar enige tafeltjes stonden. Het eten was goed, maar de ambiance kil en koud.

Wir kommen regelmäßig in dieses Hotel. Alles da was man braucht. Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

WC war nicht ganz sauber, sonst war alles gut. Straßenlärm bei geöffnetem Fenster in der Nacht.

Wir kamen an einem Sonntag im Hotel an, es gab kein Restaurant oder irgendetwas zu essen. Nachdem wir sehr müde waren haben wir essen bestellt und bekamen eine labbrige Pizza geliefert. Kein Highlight. Man sollte Besucher darauf aufmerksam machen, daß das Restaurant geschlossen ist.
