The animators were very pleasant, I really liked it here, the service was very pleasant and so was the food We will definitely come back sometime.

Cool 4-star hotel in Moorish style. Good food, lots of animation, perfect place to relax. The hotel is dominated by tourists from France, Germany and Poland. There are a lot of algae on the beach, but they cleaned regularly. Rooms are cleaned daily. I recommend the hotel!

I recently stayed at this hotel during my vacation and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. While the location and general facilities were acceptable, the behavior of the restaurant staff significantly impacted my overall impression. The waiters were consistently impolite and inattentive. On several occasions, we were ignored, had to wait a long time for service, and were met with dismissive or unfriendly attitudes. Basic courtesy seemed to be lacking, and it felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. A vacation should be a time to relax and feel welcomed, but the lack of professionalism from the restaurant staff made our stay uncomfortable. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes feedback like this seriously and provides proper training to ensure a better guest experience in the future.

I visited Tunisia, Djerba for the first time and I was very pleased. My family and I were on vacation from 24.06 to 01.07. Hotel Odyssee turned out to be a great choice for our vacation and we would come back again next year. We had a great time - the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was varied and very tasty, the staff was professional, and I'm speechless about the animators. Special thanks to the entire animation team - Zizou, Nino, Rio, Mustik, Mimi and all the others I didn't list! Thank you for your energy, mood, smiles! You are great! ❤️ I work in a travel agency and would be happy to recommend the hotel to my clients. It is true that from June-July there are already a lot of tourists and the places on the beach and around the pool are filling up, but it's not impossible to find a place. We had no problem. There are signs that say that leaving a towel is not a reservation and guests must be responsible - if you are not going to return to the beach within an hour, you can take your towel. I read comments about camels on the beach and that there was a scam - each person can choose whether to accept a given service or not. No one is obligated to anything. The hotel is not responsible for camels on the beach. 🙂 Regarding tips - I haven't noticed anyone demanding that you give them a tip. This is optional, and is already accepted in many tourist destinations, even European ones (like Portugal and others). I saw comments on this occasion and that's why I'm giving my opinion. Be careful! Fraud and cheating is possible in this hotel. But only, pure all- inclusive is ok. The see is hot. Food and drinks not bed.

Sehr gute Service

Lovely hotel , room was clean I just wish we had separate rooms from the kids. Staff at the hotel were super friendly and great with the kids. Beach was really nice and the sea was so warm and clear. We really enjoyed this holiday as a family of 4 and it was our first time in Tunisia and we were impressed. We would come back to this hotel however we like to try different areas but I won’t say never to coming back as we did enjoy our time here. Food was ok but I think with most all inclusive it can get a little monotonous after a week however there was an amazing cafe just outside the hotel that served amazing food and shakes so I’d recommend there if you wanted to break it up a little.

Stayed for two very relaxing days. A lot of options for fun

Wasted vacation, health and money. The staff ignores the problem of bedbugs in hotel rooms (an old nest of bedbugs in the hotel bed). After our requests to change rooms we were given another four numbers next door on the same floor! New bites appeared every day until the end of the "holidays"… On the beach I looked like I had advanced chickenpox. The stay at this hotel was a nightmare. Very rude staff at the reception. They used to sent me back to my room without providing the things I asked for: a steamer, bedbug spray, plastic bags. On the last day, I managed to request our clothes to be washed, but I was still afraid of bringing bed bugs home and had to have my luggage professionally disinfected immediately after returning from the airport. A holiday from a nightmare. Oh. And on the last day I heard from the man at the reception: ‘yes, yes, go home, no holidays for you, go back to work and collect money’. They barely speak English. Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever, and I travel several times a year. This is my first negative review ever.

The hotel, located in a nice garden, by the beach, could be attractive if it were not for the quality of the rooms offered. The rooms are rather slums: battered walls, stained floors, mirrors in the wardrobes with black stains, all tarnished, lighting on hanging wires, and the bathroom is more like a basement room with battered and cracked tiles.
