"It’s a great location, but not a comfortable stay"

Room air conditioning stayed at 75°, tried calling front desk multiple times, no answer. Went down and asked for them to fix it. They said they couldn’t and looked to move me (it was 10pm), the system wasnt working and they were unable to move. I just said told them to forget it and I would try to deal

Excellent stay!! Rooms, grounds and facilities were all super clean. All of the staff and employees that we encountered were very helpful & kind. Location is very central & easy to get to a lot of places but the hotel was also very quiet. We hope to be back!
