Courtyard by Marriott Sarasota at University Town Center

Location! We were there for the water festival. We walked everywhere. Location is GREAT!!! Hotel was CLEAN!

I have stayed at the Marriott for over 225 nights and will be staying this weekend for my wife's Birthday. I called in to confirm rooms and spoke with Jerry B. He was very accommodating to our needs to make it a little bit more special for us. Look forward to another great weekend with the Marriott and stellar service from the staff!

Was one of the best hotels we have stayed and we have stayed in quite of few hotels. Only issue was the jacuzzi/hot tub was not hot. It was the same temperature as the pool. We really enjoyed the fire pit. Quite a few restaurants that were within walking distance.

Love the atmosphere

The first time the room was perfect but this time, the room had a stink to it, not horrible but just enough to be off putting. They offered several other rooms that weren’t any better.!other than that I love this hotel. Very close to restaurants and across the street from the mall and many other shops.

I loved that the place was impeccably clean and my children felt welcomed. The beds were super comfy and the room was cozy. The food that we ordered from the hotel was very well cooked and delicious. I had two small incidents but they didn't hesitate in taking care of it immediately. You can tell everyone is working for the well-being and enjoyment of the guests and this is something you feel from the top manager to the maintenance workers. They were all very polite and kind.

1- The first night we couldn't rest because at midnight there were guests next door that had music and were making noises like kids jumping and hitting the walls, but I was able to address it and the concierge didn't hesitate to change our room. She ensured we were comfortably enjoying our vacation. 2- Also the manager in charge for the laundry service changed me a set of sheets that were in the armoire and had visible spots. I will kindly suggest that the laundry service associates be mindful in checking carefully the bed linens that are left inside the armoire for the sofa beds as many times people use it and don't leave it outside when they leave.
