We really enjoyed the view of the ocean from our room. The front desk staff was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and things to do in the area. The room was very clean and it was quiet. I would stay at the hotel again!

The location not bad have shuttle bus to nearby station The overall environment was fine. Only a very small convenient store in the hotel lobby. If you would like to purchase any necessity need to do it before getting back to hoetl.

今回は、北側（神戸市内向き）の部屋を選択しました。 前回は海側（南側）でした。暖かい季節は海側の ベランダで時間を過ごすのも素敵ですが、冬は北側の街並みと夜景に満足しました。 ダブルの部屋ですが、椅子は2脚有った方が良いと感じました。

訂的房間是望摩天輪那邊，住的時候安排了一間對正摩天輪的房間，所以環境很美。酒店有每日清潔服務，打掃亦很乾淨。其中一晚食過酒店餐廳的自助餐，款式不多，不能用香港的自助餐去比較，酒店房間內提供的WiFI 好。
