ステーキハウスで食事をしましたが、料理が美味しく、接客も大変丁寧で心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。 周囲にコンビニがないので、夜にホテル内のコンビニが閉まってしまうと、ちょっと部屋でおつまみを食べたい時に遠くまで足をのばさないといけないのは少し不便に感じました。

"The BEST hotel in Kobe."

Great service&staffs, great locations, great view with balcony! I would definitely visit here again. I had difficulties with choosing HERE VS. Hotel in central area. However, I decided here and this was THE BEST choice I made. Definitely recommend here for all.

"眺望良し"

ポートタワーと海に面した角部屋で、眺望満点でした。 以前食べた朝食のフレンチトーストは抜群に美味しく、今回宿泊目的のひとつでしたが、残念ながら様変わりしていました。添えるクリームは、生クリームと思いきや全く別物で、コストを抑えたい気持ちは分かりますが、いかがなものかと思います、、 ビュッフェ自体は品数も多く、神戸らしいメニューもあり、楽しめる内容でした！

"周邊環境好，但清潔一般"

My room was dirty upon arrival. The walls were dirty and the carpet had a lot of stains. The fabric chairs also had a lot of questionable stains. The staff was very nice and helpful but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel due to its uncleanliness.

子3人と宿泊しました。子供専用アメニティはありませんでしたが、急きょの宿泊だったので細かい部分は気にせず利用しました。部屋はとても綺麗ですし、夜景が素晴らしかったです。 メリケンパークとモザイクが近く、徒歩圏内で遊べるところがたくさんあります。
