Studio Z, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The staff was excellent, rooms very nice and appropriate for the price.

The breakfast was the only part of our stay that disappointed (if I rated breakfast alone I’d give it a four; ir wasn’t a meal we’d pay money for independently). Everything else was fantastic, including the staff.

Second time at this hotel. The staff are so stinking nice and friendly. This hotel is easily accessible and close to everything. The bathroom was HUGE. And the bed was super comfortable. The outside pool was clean and the pool towels are super nice and big.

The room temp upon arrival was set at 78, so the room took a bit to cool off.

The hotel smelled clean

The hotel is not what is shown online. Very disappointing in the room size and comfort. The toilet didn’t even have a cover. The exhaust fan didn’t work, nor did the light switch. I will never go back there. You could all the plumb from everyone’s room all night long.

Breakfast was fine. Location was near to restaurants and groceries. The price was exceptional

The room was on the small side but that was as expected. They told me no one at the desk after 9 PM

It was off the main highway

The heater was really noisy and I did t have control of the thermostat

The staff was so friendly and the place was perfect

it a convenient location, close to base and places to eat.

the beds move, and it was obvious they don’t move them when they clean the rooms. was looking for a plug-in near the bed and when we moved the bed there was trash and food everywhere.

Loved the bath tub size! Perfect for my bubble bath!
