Econo Lodge Clovis

Arriving I saw there was a lot of construction, no open sign, so I couldn’t tell if it was open. Check in was fine, seemed really sketch tho. Got to my room and my ice bag was on the floor, shower had gunk in corners, hair all throughout the floor and drain. Toilet was disgusting with brown spots all over and even a hole in the seat. I checked out a day early because room service tried to get in while there was a do no disturb sign on my door which made me feel very unsafe. Very thin walls I could hear every train passing by and every sound outside. I would be very embarrassed to be the owner of the establishment and I think they should have an inspection/ undercover boss come in ASAP.

Spacious clean room. Appeared to be recently updated. Easy convenient parking. The staff was super friendly.

Ice machine was out of order, but that’s a common issue with most hotels

Could have been better. Did not eat anything…..serving area not clean enough.

I confirmed a late arrival & called to let staff know my arrival time….upon arrival no staff responded to bell nor cell call to office. Wait time was around 20-25 min. Staff appeared after I blew my auto horn 4 times…..this was around midnight-12:20. Hotel is understaffed. Ice machine was broken as well.

Room was fine. Comfortable bed, clean, good shower.

Was told about the waffles for breakfast, about the ice machine location, and morning coffee. In the morning, no waffles, coffee was hot water, and ice machine not working. Also pool was closed. The person at the front desk wouldn’t even offer to try and remake coffee, or anything else.

Rooms were simple but very nice. Staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was very minimal, No protein of any type, Went to a restaurant for breakfast,
