Clean and convenient.

Very small room and bathroom. Pool was not working. Breakfast was minimal even for a continental breakfast. Staff in morning didn’t acknowledge us being there when we walked in to lobby.

"Conveniently located next to Rocky mountain National Park, Beautiful property and clean!"

We arrived past check in time but they had a safe outside with our key ready for us. We followed the instructions in email, making it a smooth check in. We stayed in a 3 queen bedroom and it has so much space for our family of 6! It was very clean!

We booked through booking.com and asked for a crib. I also emailed the hotel directly to make sure we would have a crib or pack and play ready as we are traveling with a 10 month old. We did not have one when we got there. Since it was after check in we had no one to call. We ended up pushing two couch chairs together and pulled kitchen chairs around it to try to make a crib for the baby. It was a little worrisome all night but she did not fall out. Not sure where the communication went missed as it was very stressful! Also says breakfast was included but all they really had was bagels, apples, yogurt and bread!

Hotel Estes was amazing! Very kid friendly! They had a cute playground, daily popcorn, and nightly smores for us! The views right outside your room is unmatched. The rooms were clean upon arrival, and cleaned and restocked daily. The staff all around was very friendly and helpful. They made my stay in Estes Park easy and wonderful!

A few more breakfast options would be great but otherwise no complaints.
