"Nice but wish they were upfront that the hot tub wasn’t useable."

Was a cozy and clean room with amazing views, and close to downtown Estes Park.

I only booked the property to use the hot tub, however was told it was under annual maintenance when we got there. We should’ve been told in an email from the hotel that it wasn’t in use and been told we could have a refund or asked if wanted to change hotel.
