Recommend nobody to make any reservations here, especially if your in the softball life. young lady in front desk very rude, hotels will charge you for stain towels even if stains are there. Any stains from being on the floor, makeup or dirt from outside. 1st day AC leaked all night and 3rd day still carpet is wet not yet anyone came to check. Asked for manager was told not manager on site, cause any concern from customer wasn’t important for a manager to be called. I suggest all customers to bring their own towels and return all towels from room if you don’t wanna be charge.
