Very nice staff. I forgot my jewelry container, and the housekeeping staff turned in to the desk, so I could pick it up a couple days later. Very thankful for that. Room was nice.

The tub didn't have a plug, i like baths, but has happened before to me, so I was prepared.

Not clean and there was all kinds of broken/ damaged things in the room.

Very dirty both outside and inside. Dead bugs in room. Window screen half broke. Toilet moved. Tub dirty. Ice machine not working. Less than minimum for two people for towels. Bedding had an awful odor. Very dusty. Homeless people inside and out of building. A couple who were obvious addicts. Continuously being asked for money from the homeless outside . Close to nothing for continental breakfast. Housekeepers were using the on site laundry facility available for customers, so I was unable to do laundry, and that room was a mess of hotel dirty laundry.

The shower had instant hot water, which was definitely appreciated.

The staff was satisfactory overall, but the check-in experience was a little rough. There was a line, a child yelling behind the counter, plexiglass separating guests from the front desk person, and a very soft spoken employee who was difficult to hear. Overall, unfortunately, it did not feel clean. There were noticeable dried liquid spots on floors, crumbs and dried liquid left on the counters in the breakfast area, debris from what appeared to be a recent door lock replacement, and towels that were physically stained.
