"It was nice and the pool was lovely but too cold to swim. Location was good and the staff were nice to deal with."

The lake was nice and the ducks were welcoming. Room service was nice with fresh towels daily.

Not all equipment in the gym worked. Neither tread mills worked and the bike power outlet was broken and didn’t work. Rower worked. Mould in the shower that could have been exit moulded. Soap scum was building up in the shower which hadn’t been cleaned properly. Rubbed off with my finger. No toaster was available to use. Fridge didn’t work properly unless the cupboard was opened to ventilate the fridge. Bed was hard and could do with a soft mattress topper.

Staff were friendly and addressed needs when asked. Room was clean

Room had a smell like sewage like smell which smelt like it had tried to be covered with an orange like cleaning agent. It dint smell like bleach as though it had been cleaned just an overpowering orange chemical spray.

"Lovely peaceful venue amongst the gum trees"

Absolutely beautiful gardens and lake. Short walk across the bridge to Batemans Bay itself and really easy to get to. The pool and BBQ area was incredible, with fans, heaters, really good quality BBQs and tables/couches to sit on. I would definitely stay here again!

The pool could have been a bit warmer, and a microwave provided, however they are only small things. Some people on reviews found the fountain noisy, however I loved the sound of it.
