Great breakfast

Nothing's, it's perfect

The location was perfect and the room one of the most beautifully appointed I have ever stayed in. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

I liked everything about the hotel and would stay there again in an instant!

The beddings

1. The noise from the Attiqa pub was bloody loud that constantly banging the whole room for a good 5 hours from 9-2am. The hotel didn’t mention the location of this room at all either here or on their website. Over $2000 per night to stay opposite a thumping pub, I’d rather put a tent next to the lake!! 2. Seems like their staff members are not that well trained, they’re always in rush. I understand they may have some tasks to do, but aren’t customers important to your hotel? A couple of times they literally shoveled me to the corner on the stairwell!! 3. We told the receptionist that we had a marathon to run on Saturday, and at no time we were informed that there would be a loud wedding goinging on literally next door to our room. They were playing loud music and laughing with kids crying until night. What a night!!! 4. The breakfast menu seems never changed and lacks variety. It was like this at least 3 years ago and still the same. The coffee was yuck. The fact that the breakfast is included doesn’t mean we customers don’t have standards. I personally think it’s illegal to charge more than $2000 for a room with all these tougher! For this price last year, I stayed at the most luxury hotel in London with way way better room, customer service and food! So we surely WON’T be back again, so won’t our friends!

Beautiful Accommodations!

Location close to the Pier and relatively central to all the shops and restaurants.

First of all, it is not clear from the descriptions that the Apartment is not in the main building, in the most central location, but a few hundred meters apart in a separate house. Secondly, the highly praised "Grill" restaurant can not be recommended at all. I ordered a Wagyu steak "medium rare". What i got, was "medium well". I rejected it, and they offered to make a new one. After 20 minutes i got something which was "medium". Meanwhile the side dish was cold. The noise level in the restaurant is so high that one can not talk to each other, one has to shout.
