Holiday Inn Express Great Barrington by IHG

Hotel reception was very kind and effective. Room vas clean. Road noise was quite obvious from early morning.

The staff was friendly and helpfull. The property was clean and functional.

Comfortable, quiet and in a great location

Our family was in the Berkshires for a family event. The room was comfortable, quiet and more spacious than expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A buffet breakfast is included. The hotel is on Route 7 but it is possible to walk to several restaurants. There is a small shopping center across the road including a food market and a Marshalls. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely return

Our original reservation was with the Travel Lodge in Great Barrington, but when we arrived, we were told they had overbooked and no room was available—even though we had a confirmation and booking number. Frustrated, we walked across the street to the Holiday Inn Express. Steve at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he quickly find us a room, but he also matched the rate we had booked at the Travel Lodge. Throughout our entire stay, he was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The hotel itself was excellent—our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Thanks to Steve’s outstanding hospitality, what could have been a disappointing trip turned into a great experience. We highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Great Barrington!
