"A very tranquil and well maintained hotel"

This hotel has a beautiful entrance and an amazing floral smell that makes a great first impression. Staff are on hand to take your bags to the room straight away. The grounds are very well maintained and staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The pools were good, liked having two options. Pool cafe was also good. The minibus into town is a very good addition, it felt clean, safe and secure but could do with more as they were often full when we wanted to use them and the centre is definitely not doable on foot. Getting cabs into the centre we were charged a whole variety of prices – we know we were always being overcharged which was quite frustrating. The rooms and bathroom were a good size and clean.

Not a big deal but the cocktails were not good. Somebody needs to taste them! My husband and I both had different options from the menu and they both tasted like something had gone wrong. The waitress also told us she had no idea how to make an Old Fashioned. The soundproofing between rooms could do with improving. We heard a lot of noise late at night from the room above on several occasions. Worth requesting a room on the upper floor.
