Everyone was really friendly and helpful! Loved having a kitchen and appreciated the beach towels and waters!!! We would stay here again.
Slider windows havent been cleaned in a while. Patio floor and walls were filthy and need a pressure wash.
It was dirty and beds were extremely uncomfortable. The best part of the stay was the covered parking. Very disappointed especially for what we paid for the room.
We booked a 2 bdroom suite and got a 1bdroom 2 queen beds. There are people hanging in the stairway and a lot of roamers. We arrive at 5:30pm and ended up leaving at 6:00pm after trying to get a refund. That they are still refusing to give. So unprofessional . On top of that we had to drive all the way back home.

Staff was great. Was a little disappointed that there was no room service and we had to go get our own fresh towels and toiletries. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Probably the most disappointing part was the TV and cable. There was no channel guide and half the channels looked like the attached photo. Granted we weren’t in the room a lot but it would have been nice to have early in the morning or end of the day. Overall it wasn’t bad but maybe slightly overpriced for the amenities or lack there of.

If you want to be on the Clearwater strip, it’s a great location; however, I could easily hear cars all night. The mattresses were bad and the pillows were flat and un-fluffable. There was dust everywhere in our unit so it’s hard to feel like it was cleaned well. Overall, good location, but run down. Nice to have kitchen amenities
