My daughter and I came for a 4 day get-away. The room was nice and quiet. There is not daily house keeping but, I do wish they would at least come by once a day to remove garbage and check on towels. Otherwise, we enjoyed being a little off fof the beaten path but, still walking distance to everything we needed. I appreciated the kitchenette since I was travelling with a 4 year old. It was nice to be able to make her breakfast and snacks without having to venture out.
Booked this room for my 98 year old grandmother and aunt to attend my daughter’s wedding. Didn’t realize hotel does not have elevators and they had to go up 3 flights of stairs which was very difficult even with help from family. Only place it states no elevators is at the very bottom of website under a tab. My bad for not specifically asking but would think it would be noted more visible on site. They are not wheelchair bound but 3 flights of stairs is too much. Also, when my aunt called front desk to ask where ice machine was they said to use ice tray in freezer and make her own. Might have worked if there was one.
The accommodations of Coconut Cove are fine, nothing special, but commensurate with the costs. We were forced to leave our room at around 7a on Sunday morning when the fire alarm would not stop going off. We had to leave to fish so we asked if we could have a late check out - we couldn't comfortably gather our belongings w/ the fire alarm going off non-stop. The woman at the front desk was very rude, she denied our request for a late check out and informed us that it wasn't her fault the alarm was going off. If nothing goes wrong Coconut Cove is a fine place to stay on a budget, but if you need any consideration in the way of service my belief is that they will absolutely fall short. All in all, the staff failed to meet our already low expectations.
Definitely would stay here again
We had key card trouble when we arrived but the staff was excellent in fixing the problem. Our room was clean and spacious and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Would stay again
Hotel was pretty run down
Pictures show a full kitchen. Not a single knife, fork, plate, glass, pan, etc. No housekeeping! $20.00 per day resort fee? It appears we have significantly reduced the standards for what a resort is. Overpriced is an understatement.

Excellent location across the street from the beach (no views) and large rooms, but the hotel itself is tired and and run-down. But that's why it likely costs 1/2 what the nicer hotels nearby charge.
The bedroom and bathroom could have both been fixed up and spruced up a bit (for example, getting the shower to turn on was almost impossible!) but the staff were very friendly and the place was very clean. The kitchen was also a huge plus. Wifi worked great. Close to the beach. Please note there’s no elevator and no ground-level rooms (at least wasn’t in my building) so had to lug bags up the stars.
