The staff at front desk Judy was nice and helpful as was a dark haired lady

Owner and the man kal. They charged my credit card with out permission. Charged me me $ 162 price as a room charge but I paid you for my room . 5 dollar fee for room keys that I gave back a 15 dollar fee I have no idea why and multiple like 4 100 dollar deposits . It’s illegal I believe what they do

Staff was rude, breakfast was barely that. Cereal with no milk, no fruit, yogurt, muffins, ect. Just 2 types of cereal and a loaf of bread with a toaster.

Power plugs are defective, staff was rude and not willing to help. Deposits still isn’t in my bank account as promised. I did not like my experience

The front desk ask for cash for the incidental deposit then treated us like criminals when was ask for the deposit back

I only booked at this location so I could access the pool and it wasn't only until I arrived was there no swimming and when I asked front desk to file a complaint he said I couldn't and there were no business cards to refer to.

If you want to be treated like Cousin Eddie from Christmas Vacation this is your place! We've stayed here several times over the last couple years as we travel to and from Wisconsin and like Davenport and this is convenient right off 80. EVERY SINGLE TIME we've been treated like an unwanted guest by the manager or who I assume is her son working the desk. They look for a 100 ways to charge you, including deposits on plastic room keys, a damage deposit of $100 (even if you're a platinum rewards member), early check in which costs more than the room itself and is mostly nonexistent, as they claim no rooms are clean until exactly 3pm, and even though I booked on-line as a rewards member I was charged the full price, not the member discount. In addition, they still advertise a pool that has been out of operation for YEARS. Nothing in the way of breakfast to speak of and the rooms are not that comfortable in terms of cleanliness with what feels like old towels and bedding. The lack of room comfort could be overlooked if you're passing through for a night if the front desk folks were polite and kind, they're not, they're rude and treat you like you're not welcome. Very condescending as well. Find somewhere else to stay, despite the ease of location we won't be back.

The room looked nice, but was far from it, every electric plug is a fire hazard. You plug something in, it fals right out. They have one plug that you have to play, plug switch to use the light on the wall, or to use the refrigerator or the microwave or the coffee pot which the coffee pot cord doesn't even reach the plug in, oh dont forget that this plug, only one of the two plugs work at all. The light Switch for the light to the bathroom when you turn it off or on pops loud because of electrical Arking going on in the switch extreme shock hazard. The bathroom Toilet leaked around the donut for some time you could see where they are cleaning mold up and still mold there. Sit on the toilet and it rocks back and forth. After dealing with all these issues. I dropped something and it went between the bed and the wall and when i looked, i couldnt believe my eyes. There was so much mouse crap on the floor you could hardly see the color of the carpet. I was sicken to think my head was that close to all that and i have breathing issues. Plus, if you have a A service. Or support animal this hotel. If you do not bring them in when you Check-in, they will not accept them. Period Im calling state health and fire Marshall. Will be posting videos on utube. Never will i stay here EVER AGAIN.

The breakfast wasn't the best.

We had no remotes to the tv, no hot water, and the breakfast was out of everything. We also had no hot air in our room, but the room next to us couldn’t get their hot air to turn down.
