Sign and website posted swimming pool but pool area is more of a storage room and is un accessible

The ONLY thing we liked was the quality of the beds.

I had booked a 3 night stay for 4 adults in 2 queen sized beds. When we got to the room there were 3 towels and wash cloths along with 1 wafer thin bar of soap. We had NO maid service and 1 small trash can that was never emptied. NO soap in the shower room, only shampoo. We had to request new towels every day, which meant a walk to the service desk. The 1st morning there was was NO breakfast, not even coffee After a frank discussion with the attendent the next 2 mornings there was cold cereal and an open loaf of bread by the toaster, an out of order sign on the coffee machine and pump thermos for coffee. ( some contenital breakfast, ha ha) Upon checkout I was informed that I needed to tell them if we required maid service( never offered and no signage). This establishment is a disgrace to the Wyndham / Super Eight reputation!!!

It was clean. The staff was nice. It was easy place to find.

It was not handicap friendly. The shower made a weird noise.

The facility was nice looking.

The rooms had only half the towels , no soap, all coat hangers were removed. For breakfast most of the machines were removed or the ones that were there didn't work. The management had no answer and didn't care at all. Very poor service and don't care is the biggest problem I have. Provide us with no information prior, as if everything was normal. "Really sucks"
