"Fragwürdig die Bezeichnung Hotel zu verwenden"

Das Hotel ist absolut runter gerockt. Hat seine besten Jahre wahrscheinlich vor langer Zeit mal gesehen. Schade eigentlich denn die Lage ist ja nicht schlecht.

"De naam hotel onwaardig."

De wifi werkte.

Vrijwel alles. Zie m'n quoteringen maar ook het lawaai van de andere gasten tot middernacht. Ook de treinen die passeerden waren op de duur storend. De parking was ook niet beschikbaar, behalve op straat. De foto's op Booking.com zijn geenszins een weerspiegeling van de realiteit.

"Katastrophale Hygiene – Schmutz und Rückstände am Bett"

Einzig die zentrale Lage in Mönchengladbach ist positiv hervorzuheben.

Die hygienischen Zustände waren eine absolute Zumutung. Der Teppichboden im Flur und im Zimmer ist massiv verfleckt und wirkt seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr gereinigt. Die Sanitäranlagen (Toilette) waren schmutzig, insbesondere an den Scharnieren. Besonders schockierend war der Zustand der Matratze: Unter dem Laken fanden sich zahlreiche schwarze Punkte und Rückstände in den Nähten (siehe Fotos). Zudem ist das Inventar teilweise kaputt und wirkt völlig abgewohnt.
