Palazzo Hotel - direkt im Zentrum

Das Foto passt überhaupt nicht. Das war unglaublich dreckig schmutzig. Ich bin sprachlos. So ein Hotel habe ich noch nie in meinem Leben nicht gesehen. Das war einfach nach kloppt oder Puff, was man nennt aber mit Sicherheit keine Hotel. Bin nach 10 Minuten abgehauen.

Des Zimmer, dass wir bekommen haben, war besetzt. Aber was für eine Zimmer richtig schmutzig bin sofort weggegangen und ich hab auch angerufen. Ich möchte auf gar keinen Fall in diese Hotel übernachten möchte. Und ich habe bis heute mein Geld nicht bekommen habe😡😡😡

Zentrale Lage mit guter Anbindung zum Borussia Park. Freundliches Personal.

Ein sehr heruntergekommenes, schmutziges Hotel. Auf den Fluren roch es nach Zigarettenrauch, der bis ins Zimmer zog. Die Toilettenbürste stand einfach auf dem Boden und die Toilette war gelblich verfärbt. An den Türen deutliche Einbruchsspuren. Sicher haben wir uns da nicht gefühlt. Frühstück wird laut Hotel angeboten. Als wir nachfragten, meinte der Rezeptionist es gebe aktuell nichts. Dieses Hotel ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Je n ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi horrible🤢 de ma vie insalubres, une odeur de cigarette ou shit, tapis degeulase, mur couloir horrible , les draps degeulase un lit limite enfant toilette qui pue le pipi , odeurs infecte toute la nuit nous avons même pas dormi 1h le matin très tôt on a fuit cette hôtel . C est une déchèterie je vous jure honteux de vendre cette hôtel ( ne pas appeller ça hôtel, tout était degeulase . Si il était pas aussi tard à l arrivé on serait jamais rester meme 1h mais pas le choix on a meme pensé a dormir dans la voiture avec mon mari. Une hooooooonteeee. 😡😡😡😡😡 pour celui qui ramasse l argent pour nous vendre du insalubre 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Unsauber. Dreckig und schmutzig. Das Hotelzimmer war nicht zumutbar. Wir sind nach 5 Minuten wieder abgereist. Das Hotel müsste gesperrt werden. Es ist für booking.com nicht würdig.

Nothing only the location

If you like to feel unsafe you can choose this hotel. The door in my room was broken before and not fixed correctly they still use old Keys. During my check in the reciption he was talking to his friend over the phone for along time until he close the telphone and he start take care about me. During the check out I was waiting around 45 minutes until some one show up to take the key from me, the reception was empty no one there and she arrived by taxi however she doesn't speak english and even when she was talking to me by German and I don't understand anything other person came to ask about something she give him the attention and keep me waiting. Also I request her to give the invoice after long try she understands me and tell me over email up to this min i did not receive any thing even i requested that twice over the email. In addition to that the sound is not isolated at all.I do not recommend that hotel at all except if you you are brave person I don't have anything valuable with you and you are looking for cheap hotel however in that case I will recommend Mcdreams hotel too way much better.

Nichts .

Das Hotel ist unter aller Kanone um es höflich auszudrücken. Die Armaturen in der Dusche fallen ab . Auf Sauberkeit wird nicht Wert gelegt . Die Wände in den Gängen fangen z.t zum schimmeln an . Kaputte Türen sind notdürftig repariert.
