Hilton Garden Inn Calabasas

With the most recent storms hitting our neighborhood area, we had no power for hours! So I called the Hilton Garden Inn, Calabasas to see if we could get a room and bring our dog. They are pet friendly. They were very accommodating! Kudos and a big thank you to Mauricio who checked us in. He went way out of his way to help us out. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel!!

Tout , nous avons trouvé les lits ultra confortables , très bon petit déjeuner avec du bacon et des pancakes servis à table ( pas ces horribles machines devant lesquelles il faut faire la queue ) Hôtel incroyablement propre , parking gratuit . Hôtesses très agréables à l’accueil . Parfait.

The property is beautiful. I felt very safe and my room was lovely.

The property was wonderful, the room was clean and very nice. The only issue I had was checking in and the young lady who checked me in did not greet me kindly and I was very taken a back. She had a very flip attitude and was just kind of snarky like I can’t believe I have to check her in. This day I was just having to leave my home because of a marital separation and having to stay in a hotel with all of my belongings in my car. I ended up staying another night because I really like the room and I had nowhere else to go. Unfortunately she is a terrible representation of your company and professionalism was at its worst. I was already extremely emotional and tired I just can’t believe that someone would “ hey, what did you need” Well if I walked into a hotel I’m gonna think the first thing I would need is a room. If someone doesn’t look happy or doesn’t seem so happy why take it personal you never know what someone’s going through especially if it’s your customer. I already had a reservation I just don’t think she would’ve breed everybody that way she just had a really bad attitude towards me. I am glad I did stay another night and was able to rest after a second day of having to pack and ride along with all of my life’s belongings in my car I did feel pretty safe being at the property.

Very good with helpful staff everywhere

We were in town to attend a memorial, always sad, but our stay here was perfect. Was upgraded to a two bedroom, one bath suite, room 307. This king room included a second bedroom (note: second bedroom did not have any windows) and a small living room located between bedrooms. Suite had 3 mini refrigerators, but no safe. Excellent sleep quality as room was totally quiet. Staff friendly. Location good as hotel is close to both the freeway and shops/restaurants.
