The best hotel in the area! Clean and spacious, reasonably priced with a great breakfast! Mauricio at the front desk goes above and beyond being helpful and friendly! He keeps us coming back!

"Absolutely horrible management"

Horrible front desk. Everyone tells you something different. They make it up as they go along. Half rooms are old and the other half are new they say but in Horrible condition.

"Disappointed with the Calabasas room."

Staff was great. Location was great.

I've been staying at Hilton Garden Inns for about 15+ years because they were a reliable option for me. This stay was disappointing. The room felt dated, but i can deal with that. But there were stains in the toilet bowl and tub. Most oppressive was the urine smell in the air, I think from the air conditioning unit. We arrived later at almost 9pm after an early, activity-filled day and 6 hour drive from Monterey. We were too exhausted and to change rooms or report any of the rooms shortcomings. With so many options available i will have to re-think this brand as an option.
