"Comfortable enough, but can be much better"

Room was pretty good for such type of hotels, furniture and facilities were good Nice and friendly receptionist Location, the hotel is closed to beach

The stairs, they were shabby and dirty The room was not really clean, stranger hair on the floor and bathroom wall. One towel was with spots

"Not a beachfront property, scary to walk through this neighborhood."

Luggage cart available, lobby has air conditioning.

It is not a beachfront property. I requested the 1st floor and received an acceptance to request via email but on arrival was convinced 2nd floor was fine because they have an elevator. Elevator stops working and I am stuck downstairs with my elder two parents with bad knees in the heat. I was offered to wait in lobby as technician fixed elevator. We wait, and overhear other guests stories, heart patient with weakness was asked to use stairs if they cant wait for the elevator to be fixed. The vending machines dont work but they conveniently have all those drinks on sale by them in the lobby. As people check in, some are charged for parking and some are not. They are next to a nice hotel, I apologized to my parents for the inconvenience and promised them I would do better next time. The insurance i bought for this stay should be redeemable.

"Best little spot in Galveston!"

Everything! I live in Conroe and am always looking for a reasonably priced room for mini holidays and, when booking on line, you can get tricked! I have shown up at some real dumps only to be charged outrageous fees for dogs, parking, early check in ect. This place is EXCEPTIONAL! The staff is super accommodating! We arrived early and were able to check in with bo fees! Our little dog stayed FREE and NO RIDICULOUS DEPOSIT! The grounds are immaculate! The pool is crystal clear! The rooms are new and spacious and CLEAN! The location is perfect! A few steps from the beach and restaurants. The bed was SO comfortable! I slept soundly and the coffee was delicious! I have found my go to hotel for my beach trips! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and stay!

The cleaners and friendly staff mr.Omhi was so great and pleasant we will stay there again rooms are nice and smell clean thank you for a great fun day that me and family had

What we like was having fun BBQ and eating and feeding some of the customers we make sure that we clean up and take the charcoal was out and we take it with us home in a container
