I highly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel! If you want your belongings stolen and want to deal with absolute indifference, gaslighting, and what clearly looks like staff complicity—this is the perfect place for you. The Incident: We were vacationing by the sea, and our dog's leash got wet at the beach. I left it right outside our room door to dry. There is a security camera pointing directly at our door. When I came out just 40 minutes later, the leash was already gone. The "Service" and Staff Reaction: Total refusal to help: We immediately went to the front desk. They instantly claimed they didn’t have access to the security cameras and told us we had to wait for a "specific person" who handles the footage. Deliberate stalling: The next morning, we approached them again. They just kept giving us excuses and told us to keep waiting. A final slap in the face: They intentionally dragged their feet until 11:00 AM (our checkout time). The very moment we had to leave, the management completely changed their tune. They aggressively stated they would not show us any footage, would not give us any information, and basically told us, "Just call the police." The Truth: They professionally played us for fools just to get us to pack our bags and leave without making a scene. It is crystal clear that they know exactly who took it. I am 100% convinced that a staff member stole the leash, and the manager is covering it up to protect their employee. There is NO security for your belongings here. There is NO respect for guests. Once they have your money, they couldn't care less about you. Avoid this sketchy place at all costs!
