goo location and good layout of the facilities

the hotel was understaffed. many common things like slippers etc. were not available. There were hidden fees such that $35 per day convenience fee and $24 per day parking. It shows up on booking.com but it is in fine print. While making the price comparison with other hotels, these fees make it unfair competition.

"Great for family with young adults"

Beautiful scenery, relaxing atmosphere, everything is clean and new and family friendly. Went to a lovely Greek/Turkish restaurant on Christmas Day and had a wonderful dinner.

"Few blocks away is services for the homeless and all that comes with it."

Average looking rooms. Parking fee with no security. Park at your own peril. No fence but signs from Hyatt stating they take no responsibility for anything done to your vehicle. Homeless wandering and homeless services just a few blocks away. Adjacent downtown is nothing to write home about either. Unless you have business there, I would suggest staying in the Napa Valley area. Stayed in Yountville before and thought why not try Sonoma ? Big mistake. The extra cost to stay in Yountville, St. Helena or Calistoga is well worth it !

"Railroad Stop Breakfast"

This is mainly for the breakfast review at railroad stop. We hope they can enhance the food quality, freshness and customer service. They offer a simple style of buffet. The sausage tasted sour and had some bad smell which did not taste fresh. The watermelon is mushy, like a grapefruit style and color. Beverage does not have many options. Milk is in a stainless kettle which is hard to pour out. Suggest replacing with the glass jar so people can see how much left. Also milk was out quickly as the kettle is small and kids needed a big glass of it. The tongs for the bread were disappeared so people used hand to grab the croissants. Overall it was below average than other Hyatt breakfast and hopefully these can be improved.

"ordinary stay"

Just an OK stay. I used to think Hyatt Regency was a nicer brand but this is quite ordinary. Also, to no fault of the hotel, the Railroad District in Santa Rosa has seen better days
