OYO Hotel Grenada West

I was here for a night for work. It was cheap. The bed covering was light for any kind of cool breeze.

I enjoyed my stay and will be visiting again very soon. The hotel was very clean and it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was very respectful and polite and the location is surrounded by several restaurants gas stations and Walmart is nearby. Amazing hotel with an amazing staff. Very clean, fresh, large rooms includes a microwave, mini fridge with internal freezer area, but no coffee maker. Beautiful well kept grounds. Safe, well lit environment. Good customer service. A great value!

The owner was very rude. I booked with them every time I come home from Florida to spend the weekend with my grandkids and I get treated very poorly the air went out in the room. I complain several times he said that he was gonna move me to another room, but he never did so. I had to go purchase a fan.

The room looked old. The heater was definitely very old and my hot water did not work in my room at all to say the room was 90 something dollars i will not go back to that hotel ever again. Plus having to pay a deposit for a hotel like that is a no

Just fine for the price. Staff was honest (storm knocked out the power so I had to give $40 cash for deposit which they returned to me the next day at checkout.) Appliances are dated, rusted and worn, but everything functioned so no big deal to me. Most importantly, it was quiet and I slept good.

Quiet and cheap but the place was in horrible condition and was filthy. There was ashes everywhere, the sheets had stains on them and were to small for the bed and kept popping off exposing the nasty mattress cover they both had spots that glowed under the black light. There was trash from previous guests, wood was rotten along areas, didn't use the microwave because I was scared it would catch fire the sink would not turn all the way off so water was running the entire time. There was two tvs one in front of the other, one must have broke and instead of taking it out they just set another in front of it.
