Bed was comfortable

Lots of water damage on the ceiling, strong smell of mildew or mold. Something wet or the tv controller washed hands after but burned skin rest of the night.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. This time our door was very difficult to open it. Our key cards worked fine it was like there was a malfunction in the door scan system. I couldn’t open the door at all and it took my husband several attempts to open the door. The gentleman from the front desk had to assist us 2 times.

Room was not well-maintained. Leftovers were in the fridge and the ice bucket had mold.

Super friendly staff, accommodating to our needs. Very fair price for an unexpected stay during a holiday. And located near a variety of sights and flavors of the city!

Took a little while to get the hot water to our unit, but it once it reached our unit, perfect heat, good soft water, and great water pressure. An excellent shower

Location

Some lights wasn’t working, dim in the room, a/c wasn’t getting cold, need an upgrade for it to be in the location it’s in…or and a light fixture haf a shortage. It wasn’t worth the price either.

It was clean and quiet

Not clean, no phone nor iron in room, no coffee machine, floor in bathroom dirty.

The refrigerator was old and didn’t work. The room reeked of smoke. Spiders were everywhere and the towels were soiled and dirty.

It needs to be removed and updated the rooms bedding and everything!

First issue false advertising on line the pictures on line stated they had a lobby and they didn’t. It smell like mildew You couldn’t go inside to check in you had to be outside like a motel The room could’ve been cleaner the toilet had rust stains on it You couldn’t look through the peep hole of the door it was covered up Is advertising a hotel and it’s actually a motel really bad false advertising if I decide to come back to Mississippi, I will not choose this place to stay
