Wonderful bedding

Loose electric sockets on bed lamp. Connections were tenuous.

Very spacious rooms. Double Queen suite had refrigerators in each room! Super clean everywhere. Used the gym and really wish we would have used the pool!

Property should put decorative window paper in the door window of rooms used for storage. Seeing junk piled up inside is a downer.

Was lovely with children we really enjoyed our trip

I will feel so comfortable the room was clean not smoking. Bed was comfortable.

When I arrived the first thing that was broken was the closet doors. I reported it but they were not concerned. Next the refrigerator was off and smelled like salami. The woman now staffing the desk replaced it—she was great. The plugs near the bed didn’t work (inconvenient for my phone). Then found a hand towel in the bathroom that wasn’t mine or the hotel’s. There was not enough parking in the lot at night. Peeling plaster near the shower head. The worst $240 a night room I’ve ever been in.

This hotel met our needs perfectly for our quick road trip to celebrate a special birthday. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff were extremely helpful. I had some birthday cupcakes delivered ahead of our check in and they presented them to us planned. We also had an issue with the TV later in the evening and the desk clerk came up to assist us and she fixed it promptly. The indoor spa/pool was a great element for the kiddo to enjoy. And it was conveniently located a short walk away from our dinner destination (Eel River Brewing Company).
