"Decent for the cost"

The room was satisfactory. I love a mini refrigerator that has a freezer too.

Arrived just before 2:00 PM and was told I would need to pay $22 to check in before 3:00 PM. Breakfast is minimal and ends at 9:00 AM which I was not told upon checking in.

It was a super easy check in process, the staff were friendly, the lobby and the hotel room it was clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet.

For the value, there was nothing to not like. I would definitely recommend this place and return to this place in the future.

Price and proximity to central Chico

TV without signal/connection/channels. Light breakfast, ok, understood but no butter, salt, cream cheese for bagels, coffee ran out very early, urn was removed as if to brew again but was not returned or replaced. Room had no bottle opener, bathroom had broken TP roller.
