Quaint place, very helpful staff

5 flights of stairs to my room, hallway bathroom, sketchy permitted street parking

We had a ground-floor room with a lovely curved front window that looked onto the shady street with a quiet tram that went by every ten minutes or so. The bathroom is small but clean and adequate. The bed had a thick pillow top and was very comfortable. We watched a World Cup game on the huge tv. I could imagine being an original occupant of the house when it was first built.

As a designer I would love to see all the furnishings in the room be better matched and more consistent with the period of the building. The breakfast was the bare minimum and visitors might be better off walking up the street to a little coffee shop that serves pastries and more substantial breakfasts. (The proximity of that breakfast opportunity is actually a plus.)

The room was very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was small but otherwise the room was great.

There was a lot of outside noise but this place is in the city so we were fine with it. The breakfast was disappointing with a self-serve style and no hot food (unless you used the microwave). Not a true "Bed & Breakfast".

The room was quaint. The location was perfect.

Don’t tell people you have a continental breakfast if you are going to have….An empty Kurereg ,Over ripe bananas. Very stale croissants. And a desk clerk right there seeing I had to make multiple trips to fill said Kurereg.

Close to green line T, short trip into downtown Boston. Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff, who held my bag, as my room wasn't quite ready yet when i arrived.

Amazing Place !

Location was good and room was spacious and clean

Very lumpy and pilliow. Cable wasn’t working. Breakfast was small individual boxes of cereal, instant Oatmel, protein bars and coffee of tea.
