My kids enjoyed their pool area very nice for a vacation for the kids and the adults also for me it was having the bar at the pool lol it was very relaxing in the chairs sitting out near the pool watching the kids have fun in the lazy river etc . The beach view.

I’m not sure if breakfast was apart of the stay here . But we didn’t get to experience that, I thought it was an arcade for the kids not sure if that was apart. I feel we could’ve been more informed at check in all the amenities or whatever the hotel had to offer

The money you pay for the unit.. didn’t have simple staples like paper towel, salt & pepper, dish soap. We flew in so to go to the store to buy those t things that you couldn’t take with was a waste.

From the moment we walked in it smelled amazing and everything was so fresh and new like a high-end hotel. Prices were great staff were very friendly and our room was super clean and updated.(ROOM 612). Our room was super high-tech. It had a bar table with wireless charging (which I totally needed because I left my charger at home ) touchless lights and and a pull out sofa couch, which gave us more sleeping room than expected! . Definitely would recommend.!

I liked that it was right on the beach.

The disabled parking was horrible. How are people who are actually disabled supposed to get in and out of their cars. Also I don’t know if they were just short staffed but the cleaning was lacking in the rooms. Asking for extra towels for 8 people seemed like we were bothering the staff.

Loved the ocean view room. Liked the room. We will definitely stay at your resort again and recommend to our friend. It is an excellent location. The staff was very nice.

A bigger TV with more channels. We paid for attractions and tours with Travel Leisure Agency. Circumstances beyond our control, car troubles we were a little late for their presentation. They promised a refund we never received. This agency worked out of your hotel. We would never have use them if they were not in your lobby.
