You get what you pay for. The sheets were not clean, smells old.
Unfortunately, this cool themed, and beautiful garden motel turned into a nightmare stay. I found a bedbug in the bed. I took a few photos, put it in a cup and took it up to the managers office. Mr Patel was very rude and accused me of bringing the bug to scam the motel. He became angry and would not let me switch rooms or refund my stay. I went to another motel and found out the next day he actually charged me an additional $100 on my card. l'm trying to dispute these charges and deep clean all the articles of clothing Į had in the room.
We love coming here because it is super safe and quiet!!! The owners are super pleasant and have gotten to know us which I feel is really special!!! The room is super clean and the heater was perfect!!! This is our “go to hotel” while we visit Yucca Valley and Joshua tree!!!
Outdoor areas are not clean and welcoming.
Room is adequate for the price Garden area is not kept up. Outdoor tables and chairs were pretty dusty. Not very welcoming.. Overall it's a good value.
Very Clean and very spacious, lot's of room in the bathroom as well.
Missing napkins
Great no-nonsense motel, no real breakfast though (but plenty of diners nearby).
Room was so cool and themed. The in room spa was incredible. A few minor cosmetic issues in the room but nothing that affects your stay. Highly recommend.
Floor in the room not swept or mopped. My white socks turned brown after walking around the room.
