Really great hotel in perfect position to visit Pioneertown and the popular Joshua Tree points of interest. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very spacious and plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again!

Avoid coming here. These people are scammers. The staff are rude no matter how nice you are to them. I bought the room on priceline for my family road trip. Once we got there, they tried to take my credit card and said I needed to pay more for the room that I already paid for. The price kept changing the more the conversation went on. In the end, he charged us $10 to cancel the room, and we still dont have our money back. UPDATE TO HIS RESPONSE: It was not 4 people it was me, my husband, and 4 years autistic child. These people are horrible liars. We needed the room to shower, and we were planning to camp in Joshua Tree later that night. In the end, we wasted so much time playing games with them that we had to sleep in our car with our 4 year old at a 24-hour gym. The price kept changing after we agreed to pay the difference. In all reality, they just didn't want us there. I had him on video taking ten extra dollars from us, and we still didn't get the room. Very Prejudice Motel. The money was never the issue it was the constant price changes and the horrible customer service. Everything was recorded for evidence. Unfortunately, I can not upload the video of this scammer.
There was an issue with cleaning staff mistaking some of my things (coffee) for trash, but it he management dealt with it professionally and as best as they could.
