We booked a Superior King Room only to find out that this is the cheapest room. The word SUPERIOR means better than,,,,,better than what. The manager explained that this is the BUDGET room, we can upgrade to the Superior King Villa which is much nicer at a reduced cost from $250 down to $113. Which we did. Now I am not at all happy as we booked a SUPERIOR Room which is technically incorrect and falsely advertised as. I suggest the venue and Bookings.com correct this, before someone actually takes Umbridge and takes legal action for false advertising. Regards

The room was a box, there was nothing but a bed and TV. No table or chairs we had to stand up to have breakfast, no drawers to put clothes, no safe and a security door with no key. Extremely poor.

Clean, spacious, well equipped, Loved the bed, comfortable, great spa bath. Plenty of products supplied in the bathroom, loved there was a TV in each room. Very nice, actually wanted to book for a week! Was such a short visit for work. Beautiful gardens, trees and plenty of shade.

Close to either Busselton and dunsborough . Setup was great . Great sized rooms with kitchen and lounge and each bedroom had bathroom . All very clean especially the bathroom . Great work from housekeeping .

Only had a short stay with no issues
