Days Inn by Wyndham Martin

Location was great

Coffee very weak. Not as clean as I thought it would be.

The hotel was not clean and was very noisy.

Much of the place was in disrepair with broken machines and trash and debris littering the premises. Common areas as well as our room had caked on dirt. The blanket and comforter had a foul odor which was so bad that we used our “ball field blankets” from our car. The room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced. When I called the front desk that evening for fresh towels I was told it was my fault for not asking earlier as the laundry was closed for the night. I will say the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable, but that does not outweigh the negative things that could be corrected with a general respect for cleanliness. This place has some potential but without some pride, it is only going to continue downhill. In the future, I will use another hotel in the area.

Bedbug infestation

I stayed the night before and it was amazing. Clean room everything great other than there were no rags. I went and asked for some and she gave me one so me and my bf had to share a wash rag. I stayed the next night and it was gross. The room smelled bad and when I turned on the heater it was worse. I moved the covers and a roach was crawling on my pillow. I went to the bathroom and when I came back I seen 2 babies on the mirror. I was disgusted. I went and told the lady at the desk and she gave me big spray. I asked for a new room and she said she will see but I never heard anything the rest of the night. I had had a very long day and was exhausted so I sprayed around the bed and went to sleep. I think for 100 a night I shouldn't of had to spray bug spray and should of been offered a refund, discount, or a different room. I didn't pay 60$ a room across town bc it has roaches but to pay more and still have them was disappointing.
