This place was disgusting from the front desk to the rooms I had reservations and went to check in at the front desk told me and other reservation guest he has to cancel our rooms due no rooms being cleaned at least 10 guess was left with nowhere to stay also the lobby area was filled with flies

Nothing! we did not stay. Room was filthy. Bedding was stained . Mattress stained . Evidence of bedbugs. Left within 10 minutes of looking at room . Something to be said when the lady running the counter sprays air cleaner right after you walk into a room . Not the room I booked by the pictures online.

The room was mostly clean, but there were no decorations, a dresser was broken, and the exterior was dirty. The workers were nice enough and breakfast was good.

I had bedbugs crawling on my bed. The staff asked if I wanted to change the linen sheets. I told her changing the linen sheets wouldn’t resolve this issue. Then She offers me another room in which was nasty. The pictures of how the rooms look on their website is not true. This is false advertisement.

Tried to check in at 5pm. Lobby was full of guest as None of the Rooms were clean ed. According to the polite Desk staff, the cleaning crew did not show up and none of the rooms were cleaned from the previous day. The staff gave me a full refund.

They did not have my king bed room I reserved 6 weeks ago available. They stuck me in a room with 2 full size beds that was filthy and smelled of a former smoking room. Mold on the a/c vent, dead bugs on the floor by the window and in the bathroom. I did not sleep well at all I would have been better driving home. Will never stay here again.

"Disappointed and Frustrated"

This was one of my worst, if not the worst, travel experiences ever! I have stayed at Wyndham hotels all over the country and have never felt the way I felt after my experience at this hotel. To begin with, I was greeted with accusatory tones when I told the front desk worker that I was using a third party vendor (Uplift/FlexPay) to pay for my stay. She claimed no virtual credit card was on file, which was not true after speaking with FlexPay the next morning. After finally providing a credit card we use for emergencies only, we were given a room after waiting close to an hour "for my manager to respond". We get to the room about 1 am, move our stuff in only to find a bug in the bed (I have pictures of this if you need proof). We could not call the front desk from the room because the phones did not work. I called from my cell phone and the person came to the room, did not come in to see the bug, but did provide another room. The next morning, I called FlexPay, who said the VCC was on file and asked to speak to the front desk. I went to the front desk and this is where things completely went down hill. Harry or Henry was working and he was rude and not helpful at all. He would not follow the requests of the FlexPay representative so the room could be charged to this account, not on the emergency credit card. He would not simply send an authorization so they could email him the VCC for payment. He was not going to do one single thing to help me. He asked why I provided that card if it was not what I wanted to pay with. I could not get him to understand that I had to get to a room because my daughter needed to get to bed and that was the only way we could get her to give us a room. I paid for two nights at this hotel but opted to leave and not stay Saturday night because of the treatment I received from these people and this hotel. Harry or Henry also could not find me in the system. He stated there was no one with my name in the system in his system and that I did not have a reservation at the hotel. He kept stating that the only Penny in his hotel was a last name other than me. It took me providing my confirmation number for him to find me. Not a very efficient or safe process in my personal opinion. I also asked to be placed on the first floor because my daughter was in pain and stairs were not ideal for her. The front desk representative stated we were on the second floor but she could try to get us on the first but was not sure she could. There were rooms with windows open with the same beds we requested that were unoccupied. She really was not considerate at all. Wyndham has always been my go to brand for hotels but individuals like this running hotels under the Wyndham name are not good brand ambassadors. I am a gold member with Wyndham rewards if that tells you how much I support this brand. I will say that this experience has impacted my thoughts on the Wyndham brand.
