We stayed at Banyan Tree Phuket for our honeymoon. The resort has a peaceful and private atmosphere, with beautiful greenery and a relaxing villa experience. The staff were kind and tried to be helpful throughout our stay. There were a few small areas that could be improved, especially around the check-in and room arrangement, but overall it was a pleasant and memorable stay.

The hotel is magnificent ! Great property with wonderful accommodation and customer care. Dinner at Saffron is a must do. The food is world class and so is the service. The great team of Pla, Botan and Meen provided fantastic service which made for a memorable evening, it really does not get any better than the service these ladies provided. They are a real asset to the restaurant and Banyan tree hotel….well done and thank you.
