El trato del personal bien, Parking 10 euros por día Spa muy bien y trato de sus trabajadores Desayuno ni fu ni fa

Nos fuimos poniendo una sugerencia o reclamación porque escogimos este apartahotel por descansar era nuestro aniversario de bodas, El primer día nos quejamos en recepción de que el colchón se le notaban muchísimo los muelles y imposible descansar, esperando una solución el segundo día no hicieron nada, así que no pudimos realizar el descanso con el cual fue elegido, me voy con el sin sabor , me hubiera gustado poder poner una buena nota pero lo principal para nosotros es el descanso y ha sido así!

"La habitación perfecta"

La habitación. Era súper amplia, estaba muy limpia y tenía detalles repartidos por toda la habitación, como un libro de cortesía en la mesita de noche. Nos dieron también media hora de cortesía en el spa, aunque por horario no lo pudimos aprovechar.

La cafetería no nos gustó nada.

Que nos permitieran tener a mi perro en la habitación

Lo primero la cama. Muy incomoda y mucho ruido al moverte. No nos informaron que si había perro dentro no te hacían la habitación. El desayuno buffet muy escaso. Nos dijeron que no podíamos dejar solo en la habitación, yo tengo tienda de animales y tenía pensado hacerles buena reseña e incluso ponerlos en mis redes . Pero van de pet friendly pero lo único que hacen es cobrar 10 euros por dejarte entrar tú mascota con muchas pegas.
